Ways to Save Money on Guests Accommodations

]]>

Lodging for out of town relatives and guests is usually covered by the guest. Of course if the brides family feels it is their responsibility to pay for these accommodations, don’t worry there are ways to save money.

Ask a relative who lives close by to put them up while they are here. If your Aunt Martha and Uncle Bart have been out of the country for more than a year, they have a lot of catching up to do. It will be nicer for them to spend time with family and friends that they care about.

Rent or borrow an R.V. for them to stay in and park it in the driveway. That way they can have some privacy and a place to “un-wedding” themselves at the end of the day.

Book several rooms at a local motel/hotel and they will more than likely give you a large discount. Use the extra rooms for the bridal attendants sleep over the night before the wedding, storing extra clothing or for the bachelors to crash at after the bachelor party!!
