A trim is also a good idea to remove split ends and keep your hair healthy. Be sure to get your trim at least three weeks before the big day to give you time to work with your shorter length. It's not a good idea to make drastic changes like haircolor changes before your wedding. If you want to experiment with color, do so at least one month prior to your wedding to give yourself time to fix things if something goes wrong or you hate the new color.

There are a wide variety of styles available for short hair. You could try setting your hair on large hot rollers to create a voluminous, elegant style. Sweep your hair away from your face to accentuate your features and jewelry. Or, you could go modern with a slightly mussed, semi-spiky style you can create with a little pomade. Simply warm a small amount of pomade in your hair and run your fingers through your hair, concentrating on certain strands to give a fresh, textured look.

Adorn your short hair with glittering diamond clips, a sparkling tiara, flowers, or a lace Juliet cap. Make sure you work with your veil when experimenting with hairstyles to ensure it fits properly and looks good with the style you choose.
