Start a Fitness Routine Right Away
Wedding is an important day and every bride wants to look perfect.
Selecting a dress that will make you look perfect for the special
occasion is one of the first things you want to take care of. But
while choosing the dress you realize your trouble spots like love
handles, saggy stomach or arms or flesh on all highlighting areas.
There starts the trouble. But it can easily be taken care of by
starting a regular fitness routine several weeks before the wedding.
A fitness plan to get in shape before the wedding
Note: Never choose the option of dieting close to the wedding as it
will deprive your face of its glow. Instead, cut down on bad habits
and exercise regularly. Start the routine at least six months before
the wedding so that on the wedding day, you look perfect in that
dream dress of yours. Make sure you plan a fitness regime with a
proper trainer in order to prevent any mistakes.
1. Remember it’s not too late. One of the most important things to
remember if you are trying to lose weight is to start early. For
example, don’t try to lose 20 pounds two months before the big day.
The key is to plan ahead so that you can lose the weight (or just
tone up) gradually. So if you’re dream-wedding day includes you
being in great shape, then include fitness as a “to-do” on your
overall wedding checklist. That way it will be a priority in your
wedding planning.
2. Plan a fitness routine that makes you lose weight gradually
.Otherwise if you plan a fitness routine that is too energy
consuming you might tend to fall stick.
3. Start fitness routine at least six months in advance so you have
enough time to loose weight gradually while maintaining a healthy
skin and body. Diet and exercise go hand in hand. Try by exercise
half an hour a day as you will also lose weight while preparing for
your wedding.
4. Start by 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise four to five
times a week. Two to three minutes of brisk walking also helps.
5. Walking slow for an exercise fitness plan causes your body to
drag because of gravity. The dragging affect helps you loose weight.
After you loose, the desired weight that you want you can maintain
it, or graduate to a fast high intensity walk. Muscle mass will take
the place of the saggy skin through toning. You’ll begin to see the
affects of what fitness through exercise can do. By making yourself
participate in an exercise fitness course daily, and drinking lots
of water for your body to flush out bacteria.
6. Learning to stick to a routine is probably the hardest part. It
takes a lot of commitment to learn a new lifestyle of fitness.
Exercise has a lot of benefits and with patience and a "go get 'em"
attitude – you’ll loose those pounds and never find them again. In
the end you’ll see all hard work will pay off and you’ll just look
perfect for the day.
