How to Get a Glowing Skin on Your Wedding Day

All brides want to look their best on their wedding day. For most, a healthy skincare regimen needs to be put into action, weeks to months before the wedding day. There is no such beauty regime for the wedding day everything has to start months before. On the wedding day just relax and don’t worry about anything.

Body Care

For body care pay attention to your diet, water consumption, and stress level. Stop eating junk food, fried food, and anything processed. There is no direct relation but for safety and if you want to fit in one size small! Include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. As they say what you eat is what shows on your body and skin. Also start drinking 8 glasses of water daily to get glowing skin on the wedding day.

Skin Care

A common mistake most of the brides make is getting a facial or any kind of waxing too close to the wedding date. This can be disastrous! Facials, being a de-toxing process, bring out impurities in our bodies. This can result in your skin looking like it is breaking out. Waxing also can cause redness, puffiness & sometimes abrasions to the skin, especially in the few days after the treatment. Mini-facials can be less invasive and revitalizing for the skin.

For better results, start a healthy skincare regimen as early as possible to help create that healthy glow or to address any existing challenges such as dull looking skin, breakouts, dryness, sun damage & more. Also it is recommend booking your waxing appointments two weeks or more from the date of the wedding.
