Seashells and Lighthouse 3 Tier Wedding Cake
An Edible Lighthouse Cake Topper
This beautiful cake consists of three (9" 11" 15") hexagon stacked
cakes covered with fondant icing. The pretty seashells clinging to
the cakes are also made of fondant.
 Adding to the silky-satiny feel is the border around the base of
each tier made of plastic pearl strands. All the decorations are
accented with edible luster dusts.
The brown base of the 'Lighthouse' is brown sugar sprinkled on the
top tier.
Edible Lighthouse Cake Topper
The show-stopper Lighthouse is an edible cake topper made of
pastillage and so are the waves. Gelatin sheets are used for
windows. The sea shells, pile-ons, plants, anchor & rope are made
out of fondant/gumpaste mix. Coral is piped with royal icing.
All pieces are accented with edible luster dusts.
