Setting Up a Wedding Budget
The first step in planning for your wedding is (or should be) to
make a budget. When making a budget, be realistic and handle your
budget like you would handle your business budget. Spend only within
your means and do whatever it takes, but DO NOT START YOUR NEW LIFE
IN DEBT.
Some Things the Couples Should Think of Before planning a Budget:
1. Take into consideration your families, are they small or large?
2. How many guests do you want to invite?
3. What type of wedding do you want to have? A simple wedding or a
lavish one?
4. What do you want most for your wedding? - A 5-Tier Cake, a
Chocolate Fountain, a Designer Dress, a Limousine?
Once you know what you want, start making the budget. Don't forget
to add taxes and gratuities to all the amounts.
