Guests unable to attend Destination Wedding

Question:

A quite many of the guests I am inviting to my Destination Wedding (planned to be in Florida) are unable to attend the Wedding and have conveyed their regrets. I am really dismayed. Should I give up the idea of planning a Destination Wedding? I already have some bookings but I might get them cancelled.

Answer:

You do not need to give up your idea of planning a Destination Wedding simply because some of the guests have expressed their inability to attend the wedding. A very simple and effective solution is to plan a reception after you come back, for those who could not attend the wedding. And to go with the theme of your Destination Wedding, I suggest you bring back specialty Wedding Favors from Florida for the guests.
